Please note, player information is not required at this stage but will be requested in due course.
Please be aware of max players per team:
* Netball: 7 a side, max 10 players per team
* Football: 7-9 years: 5 a side, max 8 players per team; 10-12 & 13-15 years: 7 a side, max 10 players per team
