Badminton Academy Registration

Thank you for your interest in our Badminton Academy.

This form is for parents/guardians wishing to register their child for consideration in our Academy sessions, which take place on Tuesday evenings at The Moseley Sports Centre.

Please note that completing this form does not guarantee a place, as spaces are limited. We will contact you if a spot becomes available.

All enrolled children must have at least one parent/guardian registered as a member of Masoomin Sports Club. If you are not already a member, you will be required to register at the time a space is offered at www.masoomin.org/membership
