Kickboxing

Following the success of previous sessions in 2023, we are excited to announce a new round of kickboxing sessions!

Thai Kickboxing is an all-round discipline which improves cardio, strength, agility and stamina.

We are blessed to have Kassim and Sajjad as instructors with over 15 years of experience in fitness and Thai Boxing to deliver group sessions at a dedicated Thai boxing gym.

This block of 6 sessions will be held on Sunday evenings from 21st January

We encourage everyone to sign up as all equipment is provided and all levels of ability are welcome to attend!
