Masoomin Sports Clubs AGM & Chairperson Elections Announced.
Masoomin Sports Club (MSC) invites all members of the community to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on Friday 17th April, beginning with Salaat at 8pm.
Under normal circumstances, the AGM is held within the first three months of the financial year. However, due to the timing of Eid and the school holidays, the meetings has been scheduled slightly later this year. We apologise for the delay and appreciate the community's understanding.
The AGM is an important opportunity for members to come together, reflect on the past year, and look ahead to the future of the club. During the meeting, there will be a review of MSC's activities, achievements and initiatives over the last year, as well as an update on plans and ambitions for the year ahead.
A key part of this year's AGM will be the election of the next MSC Chairperson. As the club continue to grow and expand its activities across multiple sports and community initiatives, the role of Chairperson remain central to guiding the club's direction and ensuring it continues to serve the community in the best possible way.
Members who may be interested in taking on the role of Chairperson are encouraged to come forwards. Anyone keen to understand more about the responsibilities involved is welcome to reach out in advance for a conversation.
Nominations for Chairperson can be submitted ahead of the AGM or made on the day.
